The project is based in the former Kannus railway station in Finland. The building is being adapted for shared living, working and community activities rather than being treated as a conventional rental property.
The property page describes three registered apartments, including Apartment D and Apartment G, as well as spaces for business use. Availability and rental arrangements can change, so please ask the team which spaces can currently be viewed or rented.
Yes, the project invites enquiries from people interested in using the building for small local enterprises, such as a café, service or creative activity. The suitability of a space, any required permissions and terms would need to be discussed individually.
